Returns / Refunds 

We accept returns for wrong orders or damaged goods within 15 days. 

All returns need to be requested via email at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving delivery. Please be sure to include in the email stating your name, your order number, the reason for your return / exchange,  and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. 

Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and losses. Any unqualified returns / exchanges will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. When returning, please do let us know so we can look out for your package.
