Copper Coated Micro Steel Fiber
UHPC special steel fiber,Widely used in high-speed rail prefabricated components, RPC cover plates, exterior wall painting, important engineering components, wear part, Wind power base and cylinder body, etc.
Cold Drawn Steel Wire Fibre
Widely used in subways, tunnels, embankments, water gates, floors, road surfaces, airport runways, etc
Stainless Steel Fiber
It has high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties, especially the property of not rusting easily. It is mainly used in concrete products in high temperature and corrosion resistant environments, such as industrial kilns, high-end UHPC structural parts, etc. .
What is UHPC?
Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), also known as Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC), is the most innovative cement-based engineering material in the past thirty years. The mechanical properties of UHPC with appropriate reinforcement are similar to those of steel structures, and UHPC has excellent wear and explosion resistance. Therefore, UHPC is particularly suitable for use in large-span bridges, blast resistant structures (military engineering, bank vaults, etc.) and thin-walled structures, as well as in high wear and corrosion environments.
Its compressive strength is 6 times that of ordinary concrete, and its flexural strength is 10 times that of ordinary concrete. After nearly a decade of application, it has been found that the most competitive compressive strength of UHPC is actually 120-150MPa. When steel sand is used as aggregate and subjected to high-temperature thermal curing at 250-400 ℃, the compressive strength of RPC reaches a maximum of 810 MPa.
